I am an Aircel customer, and my mobile number is 9804365468. I have recharged with Rs. 50 on 30-07 night having approx Rs. 2 in my account before the recharge. I had only spent maximum Rs. 5. I woke up in the morning and with my utter surprise found that there was only Rs. 2 left (approx) in my account.
I called the customer care at 198 on 31-07 to know the reason of this deduction. Customer Care Executive attending my phone call, informed me that their senior would call me within two hour and I can get the updates regarding this after twenty four hours. I have waited for the call but there was no call appeared in my mobile phone. I again called the customer care on 1st Aug but they are still unable to show any cause about this deduction and they are still telling me that their senior will call me within two hours and I shall be able to get the updates after twenty four hours.
