My Tamilnadu Aircel No (9941378795) is not working

This is Muthu from Andhra Pradesh. I had been using my tamil nadu no for the past 4 years. My problem is, I recharged 2 or 3 times for this no (9941378795). But i am not getting any amount as well as incoming call and outgoing calls for this no. i dont know why? More than 200 rupees wasted myamoount. I need to solve this problem immediately from Aircel - Tamilnadu Members. Now This sim is in tirupati
