My name is hemant solanki, I am one of the customer of Aircel. From last 1 year i am using Aircel and it is best in call rate.

It is so cheapest than other.

But I had a bad experience with Aircel service. They cut down 28 Rs. from my main account. When i come to know about this i went to Aircel office. And brief them. They replied i have download the song. while i had a free internet. I got a plan of 1.5 GB in 54 Rs. I had not downloaded any single song. i had used just Nimbuzz service. I instist them to refund my balance but they denied. They said their system is showing i had downloaded song but i did not download the song.

Really it is worst experience with Aircel telecome company. System is wrong and useless.

This is my kindly request to you pls refund my balance back otherwise i will portability my number to other service provider Also my relatives and friend group are facing this type of problem. I will divert them also in other service provider.
