Faulty billing

I sent a mail to airtel regarding faulty billing of my number 9910012792. They have charged an amount of Rs approx 550 as 3g internet usage charge for the bill dated 10/3. I never activated 3g on my phone and urge airtel to waive off the charges. similar charges were incurred upon me on my other number 9910012790 which were later waived off on my reporting the matter to complaints board. Kindly look into it.
