NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY BACK

Dear sir, this is RAJESH from puducherry using aircel (prepaid) network for my communication purpose... aircel takes rs.30 from my account balance on the day between 3_april_2010 and 4_april_2010.(i didn't activated any value added services on that time, even i didn't make a call during that time..)

i make a call to aircel customer care and register a complaint on 4_april_2010.. but they didn't responding well and not refund my money back yet today...

I kindly requesting you to take an action on this issue and please solve my problem sir...
