This is to inform the authority of the ASircel telecommunication service that i have several time call the customer care and file a complian regarding the poor GPRS service on the 23-05, complian ID 1-2070695837, and mobile no. is 8801903646 but the problem is still the same no action have beem take on this complai as i us this service for the past 4 months it was very good but for the past 20 day the problem arrises and when i file a complia the operator just tell me that there is a techinical problem and i will soon be solved. i want the authority to solve my porblem as soon as posiable. thank you
