Unnecessary deduction

I am using aircel Kolkata connection no. 9804509099 i have recharged with Rs.27 for internet with which i can do unlimited surfing.

but when i use it i have been charged for the surfing and then i contacted the customer care they have told me that they don't have

any update why my balance has been deducted and they told me to call back after 5 to 8 hrs. when i called back they told me the

same thing...
