Airtel deducted Rs.99 for a Games Pac for which i have not subscribed. When i called the Customer Care Executive the promised a updated balance will be credited to my main balance after 24 hrs. I have waited for many 24 hrs, still deducted amount not credited for my number. I have mailed Nodal officer and even their appellate authorities and waiting to hear from them. Hoping to get my problem solved soon.
