Respected Sir,
My mother is using idea number 8057921206. I did following recharge on her mobile.
RECHARGE DETAILS :
1. Recharge on 04-Apr-12 with 200 Rs.
2. Recharge on 29-May-12 with 200 Rs.
and idea people deducted her balance twice of 150 Rs. as following details:
DEDUCTION DETAILS :
1. Deduction on 18-Jun-12 of 150 Rs. for Value added service (according to Idea IVRS system).
2. Deduction before 18-Jun-12 of 150 Rs.
They did not intimate for any balance deduction so I did not know about the deduction. But when her saw balance then she told me that there is some deduction, then I called Idea customer care and by using IVRS of customer care I get to know that the deduction is done of 150 Rs on 18th jun due to VALUE ADDED SERVICE and system was giving information for last 15 days so I dont have previous 150 Rs. deduction date and details (which was before 18th june). When I asked to idea customer care they say "we cant provide you information SYSTEM IS DOWN call us after 24 hours/10 hours/ 4 hours ...". I called them more than 20 times and from more than 20 days, still they are saying SYSTEM IS DOWN .
After this when there was no way to contact them then I sent email to them. They said there is no deduction and recharge also.
But I did recharge through Net Banking so i have bank statements and messages of recharge also as proof.
They are simply cheating customers.
Kindly do some need full against them.
