My self VIPUL BORICHA & my mobile no is 9967222111, this number is belongs to me since 3-4 years. Due to some personal problem i was unable to pay bill from last 3 months which amount is 1312/-.I paid my bill on 15.03.2012 at chembur airtel gallery & also i fulfill all necessary documentation & they issue me a new sim card with assuring that it will be started with in 3-4 days.
From last 25 days the sim card is not in operational phase due to that i am facing tremendous problem in terms of my family.now these things are forcing me to cross step of consumer court.i am following with your people Mr Sachin Shirkar & Ms Bharti & they are not responding in proper manner i am not understood why they are treated customer like this.
At last i am writing you in frustration manner & now i am expecting positive reply from your end.
