I had bought Nokia N8 mobile handset in feb and took airtel connection. I got an offer of six month 2 GB free internet download. In the month of jul I gave a call to customer care and checked if i will be informed about the termination of the offer so that i can subscribe to some internet package after that. how ever I was not informed about the same and my bill for Bill period ending 09 Oct 11 came to 3074/-, out of which about 1800/- is for internet usage.i had used about 2GB of download during the month. So if i was informed about the finishing of the offer, i would have subscribed to 2GB plan. I had complained about the same to airtel through the customer care but i have not got any solution from them.the complaint nos are40038551 dated 11 oct 11 and 40119564 dated 15 oct 11. my mobile no is 9313339839
