I amd requesting airtel service provider to close/disconnect my connection i do not want more service from your end. 4 times a give application to airtel outlet but nothing happen. When i mail to customer care they response they didnt get any mail i have all the proof that they have send me acknowledgment no for processing my request but customer service provider response that they didnt have any information. Now i dont know what should i do and every month they are giving me bill. un necessary i pay bill for last several months and didnt know what to do. Send complaint to consumer court but they are not taking any action. What should i do please guide me to over come this problem.
