Sir,

I had been enjoying your services with 1 paisa per second scheme, suddenly your company has started charging Re.1/- per minute. On trying to contact your customer care no proper response is being given or not being answered to. I fail to know why such type of attitude is being done with the customers. And if the company changes the scheme it is the responsibility of the company to inform the customers about the change in scheme. My scheme was for lifetime I would be highly obliged if you can reinstate the scheme to my number. My Number is 9898272680. Kindly reply me back on my email id - [email protected] as well as sms on my phone, failing which I may be forced to contact consumer forum for damages and relief for the same.
