Airtel DND Service not working

Hi,

My number is 9898425340 .

I receive so many promotional SMS and calls.

I have activated DND Services so many times.

But it never worked.

The harassment of promotional calls were added to my problem after activating dnd.

I have asked Airtel Customer Care but they never listen instead they always speak in attitude.

Sometime they disconnect the call when they put my call on hold.

I don't know why they do this. They have disconnected my call so many times.

and about DND, it never worked.

they always say it will start working from next week. but for last six months, I'm tolerating bulk SMS Service.

I am so much frustrated, sometime I get so much angry that I throw my mobile on the floor.

This is really pathetic and ridiculous.

Please take a serious action, otherwise i will have to move on to other mobile operators
