I had activated hello tune service pack of 365 days of Rs. 200/- on dated 29th September but on 18th May from my account automatically Rs. 20/- deducted for 20 day of hello tune superscription. My hello tune service pack validity is 27th September. When I call to customer care, the executive taught me that she want to check it so she put my call on hold for next 30 minuets. Then I disconnect again call to customer care then also happened same. After that I call to Nodal desk, the executive of that taught that I don't activated this plane. Also Appellate desk taught that same and Appellate officer is so arrogant. But funny thing is that all officer taught that they can only see data of my account's past 3 months, how can they say that i am not activated this service pack in past 8 months before.
