Its painful to inform you that airtel calling providers are sometimes fraudlent to charge for no reason and sometimes the limits are crossed when they just charge for hello tunes and song selection without asking the customer even and unwanted messeges are received later on deducting the amounts making us feel very much inferiority about the company and its personel.
i am using their provided internet service and get prepaid every month but to my surprise this time i was charged Rs.70.00 for no service or given advantage. Immediate after i tried to commnicate with airtel customer care but i was not connected to the officer directly and after this all of a sudden i got two sms constantly deducting the amount for hello tune Rs.30 and for song selection Rs.15 which was so disgusting and extreamly unbelievable.
Sir, really i dont mind much for such feelings but i m aware for those uneducated people who would never know such events bringing losses to their pockets for nothing.
I would like to request you to look in to the matter and get rid of the people from such losses. THANK YOU
