Non receipt of recharge benefit

No response till date...

previous problem not solved and they again cheated with me, airtel hello tune changed automatically today, they charged 30 15 rs.

airtel is going to be a begger, international begger...

Following is the conversation between me and airtel nodle officer through emailing regarding non recipt of benefit of recharge pack-

Respected Sir,

my airtel no 9928678616 has recharged with 21rs night pack but in night hours,

i am being charged normal rates, i locked complaints many time on 198, they

said that your problem is being sort out before 5 march but nothing happened,

again i contact 198 the c/c executive transfer my call to sr. supervisor, he

assured me that my problem will be solve before11 march but no worth

yet...

my no. has been locked to 198 and 121 also, now i cant contact to 198/121 as

whenever i try to contact c/c the operator says dial *121# for balance

enquiry,

thanx for contacting airtel and then call got disconnected.

please ressolve my problem and unlock 198/121 too.
