Not connecting to Customer Care office

Dear Sir,

This is M. Shuaib Ahmed, informing you that I am an Airtel user. My mobile number is 9894175873. For the past one month I am getting trouble to connect Airtel Customer care office. I used calling 121, 198, and other such numbers of Airtel CC office as per their advice. But still the problem is persisting.

After many times complaining for the same problem to Airtel, I request your goodself to solve this problem.

Please do the needful in this regard
