This is a formal complaint that RECOVERY AGENTS for Airtel mobile services based out it Hebbal Bangalore have called many of my Friends, colleagues and relatives mobile number and have Abused them (Men/Women) stating that they would need to force me to make a payment on my previous connection (for which i have the details mentioned below) failing to which they would trace my friends and colleagues numbers and they would start abusing their friends too . one of my Lady friend have responded to them stating that it not her duty to do so. the agent who sounded like a Goon (narrated by my friend) have abused her (Calling her Bitch and slut) and threatened her to come to her house and will make her taste the hell. then they have called my guy friends and colleagues and they was started abusing them using local foul language (have called them Bastards, pimps for me) this has created a serious problem in my society around. everyone looks be down like looser and intern they already started talking bad about me character. this has hampered my social status in the society and in my work place. i don't know if have to file a police complaint for this. The recovery people have been calling every one form this number 9180 42837823
I had earlier had problems with Airtel. they had charged me recklessly, they had charged me for the services which i didn't ask for an and for some services which i asked for but they didn't provide. i had clearly communicated to them via e-mail that i will paying a nominal amount which is my normal bill amount. i took more than 2 months for them to contact me. they also came near my place to collect the money so i told them I'm ready to pay my regular bill amount but the collection agent called up to his manager and he started abusing me and he started to challenge me that he would make me pay all the penny in front of a gathering.i was ashamed and told him i will still pay my regular bill amount. they threatened me that they would get his people and take things from my house if i don;t repay the full amount for which i did not agree . now they started calling all my friends and relatives and have started abusing them in foul language. i'm heart broke because of it. i have all the proof for air tel charging me extra and the e-mail communications which i had with them.
