My name is Santhosh. My mobile no is 9840898685. This is airtel no. i am not interested in servicing. So I tried to change my network to videocon. So I submit my photo and idproof in NEXT SHOWROOM TAMBARAM (videocon). Till now this no was not changed to videocon I am not get any response. If I ask means it will change within seven working days. I submited on 30th march. Till now it does not changed. Please help me to change otherwise please tell tell me reason why it does not changed. If I am asking means they are not responsing. Airtel has cut my customer services. They are not giving valid reason. Please take necessary steps.
