Sim registration failed without information

Dear Sir/madam,

Iam Sathish kuncham. My mobile no 9704308708.my sim registration failed do not give any information.this no activate to another person with in 3 days. I have already contact customer care... no response. And not give to satisfied response.

Please accept my complaint as early as possible
