I have a bill to pay Rs3968, towards airtel bill. First of they disconnected my out going and after that they disconnected my incoming also. I'll be working in night shits so most of the day time i'll sleep... SSo my incoming and out going disonnected and when i call to my no its coming this No does not exist. So i went to Airtel office told my problem, they simply said that i have to pay the bill then only they will resume my services. After couple of days some one from collection department has come to my house, then i told him very clearly that i'll pay the amout in 2 installments and i dont want that no. any more. (as it was disconnected for more than 1 1/2 month. Inspite of tell them that i'll pay the they have passed my no to some 3rd party ppeople, and they started threatening my family members using abusing language. I The ladies who has called ws using very cheap language...
Can i approch consumer court please help...
