Unsubscription of service

I have accidentally activated airtellive TV, and VOV Video service to my mobile NO (9000222133).

I have complained about the service for deactivation from 25 days, but there is no response from airtel, and customer care executive give reckless response. and more over every week rs40 is deducted from my account and rs5 is deducted for every 2days, till date 13' may.

I expect the deactivation of services and my credit back.
