We signed for Broadband and along with Airtel gave fixed line. I paid Rupees 1299/- against new connection. After couple of days, they cut off out going felicity, when I called customer care they are telling my check bounced. I inquired with my bank, and my bank told me they do not have any trace of same check. Then again, I called Airtel customer care, they told me that, they got payment. I asked them following questions:
1. What is the reason for check bounce?
2. Where did Airtel deposit my check?
3. If check is bounced, where is the check sitting now?
They did not answer any question so far, my out going is not working? Be careful with airtel marketing team, they are bunch of liers. There are many shocks like this for postpaid number porting too.
