Hi,
I have applied for MNP from Tata Docomo to Airtel for Prepaid connection on 3rd of August. I have been trying to call their helpdesk for resolution but they till date have failed to acknowledge and resolve it. I have also sent email to [email protected] from my personal email id [email protected] but received no response.
They also have a misguiding email by [email protected] which auto generates a reply email with same subject every time but different signature. It's utter disgusting to receive such poor response from a big company.
May I request your intervention so that my issue can be highlighted to the concerned person for a speedy resolution?
