Sir,

I, m a customer of Airtel prepaid. It is a constant problem of automatic balance reduction.last time they reduced Rs. 30 from my account.i didn't activated any service and i also dialed *121# to see what s''service'' they activated automaticaly.but it said that no service is active.so i called helpline at198.he said that airtel frndz chat was active on my no.how it can be even if i did not activated it it.he said it is acttivated and he will not rrrefund.please help me.
