This is Ravindra P and I requested to cancel out my Airtel postpaid connection 9731047768 in the month of October. In the month of December I came to know some illegal ECS transaction from my credit card account to Airtel account and I called 3 to 4 times to inform regarding this. Always they used to give some wrong commitments. After informing also they generated bill on January. February I called them and blasted regarding this. They took the complaint and till now I didn't get my money. They don't have any rights to block my money for such a long time. I really lost my patience after calling more than 20 times. Now also they are saying some cock and bull stories. They are really bad in handling Customer Relationship and they should learn a lot. In this respect others are better than Airtel.
