Hi,
I have ported my number from Aircel Prepaid to Airtel Prepaid. Since from the first day with the Airtel I am facing a problem, it took long time to port and my mobile phone was in dead condition for a week.
After speaking to customer care representative, I have recharged for Rs.54 to activate the tariff as below:
Call rates 50ps/sec
150 SMSes free per day.
After activating this tarrif, I was using the same call rates and SMSes till 5th March. When I replied to a message on 6th March Rs.1 got deducted from my account. It has happened twice and I was shocked.
I tried many times to connect and speak to customer care representative but no use, I am not able to connect to customer care representative.
Airtel Customer Care representatives are also does not respond properly and they will disconnect the call immediately after telling to hold on a line.
I am experiencing bad service from Airtel in the beginning itself after porting my number from Aircel to Airtel.
I am planning to port back to any other mobile network after 90 days duration and most of my friends are using Airtel, I will suggest them to change to other mobile network.
I had a good opinion on Airtel but due to this issue, it has changed.
