Deducted amount without using mobile

I am using Airtel since along time - from my Airtel prepaid balance they deducted 40 rupes without using my mobile and i made a complaint on 25 jan (complient no: cbdcc30125098402 | cbdmo20125091565 i dont know the send me two different complient numbers by sms.) my mobile no is 8861636336.

i just called to customer care (on 8 feb) - after 3 mins one guy took my call and disconnected (dont know that person name) and again i tried - after 5 mins i got chance to talk to executive and that guy replied that there was no complient on my number, i asked him to check properly, he asked meto be online and after 4 mins he back and said i can able to see the complaint and there was no deduction as for his account view and there was some update on the complaint that they refound some 2 rupes and they sent one sms too to me - i said i did not receved any sms later the complaint and i requested to help out on this - almost iw as on line for 30 mins and they said they will calling back to me with in one hours - no call even after two houes but i got an sms saying " thank you for contacting Airtel. your requrest reference number is cbdcc20208554451. simplify life just ..."

is there any change to get back my money or shall go ahead to move to othere network providers...
