Dear Madam/ Sir,
I received a bill from Airtel (number 080 - 40998439) for which included call details to a premium number 5664466 for about 10 hours and consequently I was billed for INR 5, 000 on the same. However, my calls to the said number lasted only about 15 minutes. Despite continuous follow-up with customer service team, there is no resolution on the same. Meanwhile, the collections team from Airtel is calling me regularly and even visited my home and threatened my wife in my absence!!
Everytime I say the same thing to the collections team - please ask your customer service team to call me and resolve my issue on the bill. But there is no response from their customer service team and I continue to be harrassed by their collections team.
