Landline and broadband dead

Hi.

My landline and broadband, both crashed during the recent showers in bangalore. I called up the Airtel customer care on 23 April and informed them about the status of my landline and broadband.

I was informed that they would get back to me by 25 April.

No action was taken.

i visted the airtel outlet in Fraser Town. They informed me that the status of my complaint in their system is showing as "resolved and informed customer about it". However, my landine and internet, both were still dead and i did not receive call from anyone stating my connection was fixed.

I had to place another complaint at the showroom on 30 April. They informed me that it would be fixed at any cost by 2 May.

Its 4 May today and the status of my landline and broadband remains the same. Its not yet fixed.

I am tired of calling and speaking to the customer support. They are hardly of any help.

Its really sad that inspite of being one of the top telecom service providers, the customer service is so lousy.

I hope some one, Senior Management, from Airtel reads this!
