I have been an Airtel customer for a long time. I use their mobile broadband (3G) service on my mobile phone and I frequently play games on my mobile phone. At the bottom of the screen, there will usually be some ads that I am not interested in, but one day, I must have accidentally clicked on one of them while I was playing a game. Since then, I have automatically started receiving text messages asking if I am interested in some 'Model of the Day' photos. This is absolutely unethical on the part of Airtel. If I click on a link or an ad, they should ask for confirmation whether I am really interested in downloading or subscribing to their service. In addition, it should clearly quote the charges associated with the service. There is none of that. All I get is a text message indicating that I am going to be charged Rs.xxx.
