I have ported my vodafone number (9620453704) to airtel on 13th May through MNP, and after 10 days my outgoing services were suspended with the reason that i have to re-submit the documents, so according to the requirement i have again submitted the documents on 24th May and the outlet in-charge ensured me that the services will be resumed within 72 hours (3 days), but nothing happened in the 3 days, so i again went to same outlet on 27th and and after enquiry they told me to wait till the evening, but again there was no signs of any change, i went on 30th (monday) again and they told me the same thing.
on 31st (Today) when i called customer care executive for the same, they asked me to submit the documents again. Now, i just want to file a complaint against airtel, karnataka under the charges of harassment as my incoming is also suspended.
