I'm the owner of mobile number 8105673337. I recently recharged my mobile prepaid airtel service for Rs.360. After that not sure what happenend, every day I'm getting messages every few hours that my balance is deduced for calls made and the duration its showing is 0 seconds. This has been happening continuously for the past few days even though I haven't made these calls. I even called customer care and they haven't resolved this problem yet. I have not done any internet access also. Please see attached picture of the message I'm getting. See carefully the duration of the call, its 00:00:00 seconds. I didn't make this call by the way. For the calls I'm making, its charging correctly. Please resolve this ASAP. Otherwise I'm switching my service to another provider.
