Complaint not logged in case of handset lost and abusive language from collection people

My wife (Joohi) bought one postpaid connection no. 9663301151 of airtel. n handset got lost in noida in the month of April. tried 3 times calls at call center for barring the no. however delhi call center asked to call call center of Bangalore from any airtel no. and throught freind tried to call at Bangalore call center from other no. of Airtel. but till date no. is not barred and been missed and billing been raised to 4.5k.

2 days back got call from collection executive for bill collection, same thing has been updated to him, however last evening they started using abusive language to the high extent... got call from 9845514330 and 9741922995. First no. guys called even late night and used abusive language and not ready to get call conected to any senior/not ready to tell collection agency name.

Request you to look into the case and take action against executive/agency and also help in getting the complaint logged for handset lost and waiver of missed amount.
