I (Melwyn Sunny Pinto) had taken a prepaid connection from Airtel. There were some documents issues and I was asked to resubmit the documents once again. I did that on September 8 under the guidance of the service person in Airtel service centre on Cambridge Road, Ulsoor, Bangaore.
However, even after eight long days my phone was not activated. I went to the office again on September16 and they told me that my documents were rejected as there was some issues with regard to the date. I was indeed frustrated and yet submitted the documents for the third time. And yet my phone has not been activated. i am indeed disappointed with Airtel. I would like this Forum to kindly do something.
