Without my notice I got a message from Airtel saying Thank you for downloadin java game and you are charged Rs.99. This is very ridiculous.
Till now 377 rupees (99 99 80 99) has been deducted from my account. Without my Interaction how the Airtel should download the game into my mobile and get charged. Is this the way that the Airtel is using to charge the customers??? Very ridiculous.
Even I called up the customer care to revert the amount back, they are saying you will get it back in 1 hr but it is not happing from last 2 weeks.
Very ridiculous.
