This is with reference to Fixed & Broadband Line No. 080 - 42035117

1. Complaint Lodged - No Voice Clarity & much disturbances in hearing.

2. CENTRAX - INCOMING PROBLEM - OTHERS CANNOT MAKE CENTRAX CALLS (AIRTEL FIXED LINE ONLY)

3. DEMANDING BILL PAYMENT FOR NON USAGE OF THE SERVICE WHEN THE LINE IS NOT IN USE SINCE THE COMPLAINT PERIOD,

4. MORE COMPLAINTS ALREADY MADE BUT NOT SOLVED,

5. MENTAL HARASSMENT FROM THE BILL COLLECTION EXECUTIVES

6. GIVING WARNINGS FOR DISCONNECTION AND EMBARRASSING.
