Sir,
I have Airtel prepaid connection from past 3 years. About 6 months back they asked me to
submit documents related to identity and address proof, which i have submitted to Airtel office [Koramangala].
But due to some reason they [Airtel] disconnected my phone connection on 28 of October.
When i visited airtel to office to enquire about that, nobody responded what exactly reason behind disconnection.
Finally they asked me to submit the same documents, i submitted on same day. But its been 3 days but still i did not get my mobile connection.
Initially they disconnected only outgoing calls, later they disconnected the network connection only.
This very frustrating because being festive season lot people will be trying my phone. Even i am not able to make some important calls to my friends and relatives.
