Hi, I had a Prepaid cell 9980006249 which I was using oast 4 yrs, All of a sudden my no was deactivated telling that it was not used for few months, with out any Intimation about it . when I checked with Airte they told me that my no is recycled and it cannot be recovered. I had a balance of more that 1600/- Rs. I am not reemmbessed with the money too. I am totally dissapointed with this kind of service from Airtel.
Now I can seen the same no is activated and given to some one else.
I need justice for this and my noney reembessed
