Wrong Standing instruction for data card - 9900510085

I had applied for Airtel Data Card in Nov however due to non compatibility of data card I had requested for de-activation of the same on 16th Nov 06 and surrendered the card to Airtel however Airtel continued to debit my Credit card. Upon taking up the matter, Airtel confirmed their lapse and agreed to refund the same. However, Airtel continued to debit my card for another 2 years, till June 09!! This amounts to criminal breach of debiting my card without my authorization. Please note that Airtel has failed to transfer the same in the name of existing user who is continuing to use the same without paying and I believe Airtel is not aware of the actual user as well. This is a serious lapse on your part.

As part of the letter, I had enclosed the following documents for airtel action and inspite of repeated reminders, there is no response
