Dear Sir,
I've applied for migrating the postpaid to prepaid service on 24th June. So my number was suspended from 30th June and still it is not activated in prepaid service and i'm not able to use my number also. I was trying to contact customer care and wanted to talk to the manager, but I was put on hold for several minutes and later the call was disconnected. And this happened with me several times. I have been with Airtel from last 3 years. I'm loosing contacts now past one month. Airtel need to pay me for this long gap/communication break.
