Sir my landline number 08041683260 since 9th of this month its not working and i gave the complaint my complaint number is 5390904 they visited my place they checked my line there was problem in the line outside my premises that was rectified by the service man who had come here. He told we have problem at our backend a PORT has to be changed right now we are runningout of stock it will be rectified by evening 4pm same day (he had visited my place around 10.45am today 15 stil its not rectified. I have called up the customer v

care many number of times i was surprised tat they charged for ever minute when i speak to them to me i was surprised tat the recorded voice message they charge i was screwed almost 40 to 50 rupees the number i called was from 9945520079 because itsrecored from both ends u can (rakesh) go through tat or i can forward to your number if u provide me one for cross check. Inbetween i called to Vinod u know who he is he also promised it wil be rectified but failed to do dont known what work he is alloc'ted and meen time one lady she recevied once at 08044444121 she was so rude she was not in a posisonto answer the quary shejust disconnected the line i was shocked because after taking so long to connect to the customer i.e., voice recorded messages she acted like this what for u people are paying her

I am fed up with ur service i like to de activate the service and disconnect the line mr RAKESH this will be my last paymen receipt from ur side consider this as my written request to disconnect the line.
