My Airtel Landline & Broadband connection has been deactivated since Aug-11, despite having made an online payment. The amount is already debited from my account and reflects on my statement and i've also double-checked with my Bank. Even though I've sent a mail to Airtel with the Statement attached and also making repeated calls to Airtel Customer care (121 &198), speaking to several Escalation Managers - there has been no permanent resolution yet. Each time, my service gets activated (after speaking to Second level Escalation manager) and then the next day gets deactivated again. This has been happening since Sep-11. I tried to reach the Nodal Manager, but no one responded on that number. Finally, out of sheer frustration, I went to their Office and told them I wanted to speak to their Nodal Manager. They told me that he is not available. However, they did reactivate my Broadband connection but my Phone line was yet to be activated.
The Customer service is extremely pathetic. It seems that nobody knows how to resolve this issue. Could someone please help me out with this?
