Yet not recieved SMS service

Hi There,

My name is Nikunj Shah, my mobile no is 09898998156, on this no I had made the recharge of 58 for free sms service via airtel retailer shop on 19 may. The recharch has been suceesfully done.but the survice of free message has not been received yet. For that i have a complait on 19th may, my complaint no - CBNRA30519743308. Thay told me that maximum 23 rd may we gave u ur message free service. But unfortunately todays date 24th may that not given me.

Please check with the same and revert on that as soon as possible.
