Sir,
Few days before i have submit my complaint against Airtel Bharti Communication. My name is Deepak Singh and my number is 91-9829292572. My complaint is that Airtel Bharti has detect my balance of amount 24/- at 23 feb. I have try to contact many time of customer care executive, but every time i contact with them, they always give me wrong information. I have every recording of their executive. 2 days before their senior executive tell me to refund my balance in 6 hour but still i did not get any balance. Every time i try to contact with them, they never give me coplete information and cut call without give me complete information. on 24/02 at 4:44 pm i got a call from Airtel customer care (91-9871999147), they say me that they will take action soon but still no one take action.
I request to guide me that how can i be able for get my balance. because by giving their wrong information, i have also take a lose on 25th jan. of 3 days. so can i also go to consumer court for my 3 days time.i also have the recording of their customer care executive.
