Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been requesting the concern authority of M/s Airtel for the transfer of landline cum internet to the new address, and the required documents /fee were already submitted.
After several follow up and telephonic talks / personal interactions with the authorized marketing and technical heads of the Airtel- Bhopal, for infinite times, no initiative/action was taken for the work.
Always assured that "it will be completed soon and not to worry". Already it is two to three months to complete after request. They are not clear to give or not.
Now a days they are not lifting my phone call also. It is a seriuos matter, as im forgoing the facility and lot of inconvenience due to unavailable services.
Can you please look into the matter and clear.
