DISCONNETION OF SERVICE

TO ALL CONCERN

THIS IS FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATIUON THAT MY FATHER IN LAW WAS USING AN AIRTEL CONNECTION (CELL NO: 9938212464) SINCE LAST 4 YEARS BUT RECENTLY THE CONNECTION WAS DISCONNECTED. WHEN I TALKED WITH AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THIS, THEY ADVISED TO SUBMIT THE INDENTITY AND RESIDENCE PROOF. ALL THE RELATED DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITTED AT AIRTEL HUB, RUPALI SQUARE, BHUBANESWAR, ORISSA. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT, THE SIM HAS GOT DAMAGED AND I HAVE TO TAKE A NEW SIM AT THE COST OF 25.00/-. I DID THE SAME. BUT UNFORTUNATELY AFTER ONE MONTH THE SIM GOT DISCONNECTED. AGAIN WHEN I VISITED AIRTEL HUB, THEY WERE NOT RESPONDING ME FOR HALF AN HOUR . THEN I WAS TOLD THAT MY NUMBER IS DEAD AND IT CAN'T BE REUSED. AS THIS WAS MY FATHER IN LAW'S OFFICIAL NUMBER, DISCONNECTION WILL CREAT A BIG PROBLEM FOR HIM. THE SIM WAS VALID UPTO 2025 AND HOW COME IT CAN BE DISCONNECTD BY AIRTEL, BEFORE TIME AND WITHOUT ANY PRIOR INFORMATION.

THIS IS REALLY HARRASHING.I THINK AIRTEL IS NOT INTERESTED TO GIVE BETTER SERVICE. I ALSO HAVE POST-PAID CONNECTION OF AIRTEL WHICH I AM PLANNING TO SURRENDER SOON

KINDLY TAKE NECESSARY ACTION, SO THAT MY FATHER IN LAW CAN REUSE THE SAME NUMBER.
