Invalid sim message after submitting related documents

Dear Sir,

I have shifted to Bihar from Agra U>P>, i have taken a mobile nuber from airtel 09661771136, after 10 days it was not working because retiler has not deposited the document. Then I again submitted all the documents then services reopen now again this sim is not working since 22.2.11as the message showen that Invalid Sim.

Kindly help me.
