Rs 21 SMS pack - Not getting benefit

Hello,

I want to bring to your notice that I have recharged my Airtel Prepaid mobile (#8084558687) with Rs.21 SMS unlimited pack on 24th May.

Unfortunately I am still not getting the benefits of the SMS pack. I am still be charged for any SMS I am sending.

This is really frustrating and disappointing. I have tried a lot to reach the customer care representatives but in vain.

Could you please look into my issue and resolve it ASAP.
